❋ Co-Dependent… No More!!!
Thursdays at 12 PM PTA life coaching and support group for women ready to reclaim their voice, sexuality, and sexual-self.
There comes a point when constantly putting others first begins to feel less like love, and more like losing yourself. Many women have been taught to be accommodating, selfless, and emotionally available at all times. But over time, this pattern can lead to exhaustion, resentment, and a quiet disconnection from one’s own emotional and sexual needs.
This group is a space to gently shift that pattern.
Together, we focus on helping you reconnect with yourself, your voice, your boundaries, and your body. Female sexuality is not just about desire; it is about feeling safe, valued, and free to express what you truly want. When a woman is constantly prioritizing others, her nervous system often stays in a state of pressure rather than presence, making authentic desire and pleasure difficult to access (Rashidian et al. 2013, 2015; Basson, 2001).
Here, we begin to change that without guilt, without shame.
What We Will Work On:
❋ Co-dependency
Understanding why you consistently put others first and how to begin choosing yourself.
❋ Self-esteem
Shifting from self-doubt to self-worth anchoring your value from within.
❋ Sexual difficulties
Exploring challenges such as low desire or arousal as signals not failures.
❋ Assertiveness
Learning to express what is truly in your heart, including your emotional and sexual needs.
❋ Sexuality
Reconnecting with your authentic sexual-self your desires, boundaries, and voice.
❋ Healthy relationships
Creating relationships where you feel respected, understood, and emotionally safe.
❋ Authenticity
Living in alignment with who you truly are not who you were taught to be.
This is not about becoming less caring. It is about becoming more connected to yourself.
